Fluff Recipes

I realize that I have developed quite a reputation for fluff recipes. I will admit that they are one of my VERY favorite desserts to make – so easy to prepare and everyone just loves them!

So far I’ve shared a Cherry Fluff, Pina Colada Fluff, and Pistachio Fluff. Today, I’m putting a holiday twist on fluff and sharing my delicious recipe for Cranberry Fluff! This dessert salad NEEDS to be on your holiday table this year.

There is so much to love about this salad that I hardly know where to begin. Like all my fluff salads, I start with Dole pineapples. Most of my recipes call for a 20 ounce can of crushed pineapple but I wanted to mix it up a bit for this recipe.

Literally.

Made With Fresh Cranberries

I really wanted to use fresh cranberries in this recipe but realized that the overly-tart cranberries might be a little much. And then I realized that I could blend them with Dole pineapples to create a slightly sweet – slightly tart combo that would be PERFECT in this salad.

With the additions of marshmallows, coconut, and crunch pecans (optional!), this salad will shine at any celebration!
